Strengthening Food Safety Compliance in a Food Processing Facility
Business challenge
The food processing company required a structured assessment of its food-safety systems and operational practices. The objective was to identify gaps against FSSAI and HACCP requirements and strengthen hygiene, infrastructure, process controls, and regulatory readiness.
What we did
Reviewed the end-to-end production process covering raw material receipt, processing, packaging, storage, and dispatch.
Assessed operational practices against relevant FSSAI and HACCP food-safety requirements.
Examined employee hygiene, cleaning and sanitation practices, material movement, waste handling, storage conditions, and contamination-control measures.
Reviewed infrastructure and process-management gaps that could affect product safety, quality consistency, and audit readiness.
Consolidated the findings into a risk-prioritised recommendation plan covering corrective actions, process controls, infrastructure improvements, and food-safety governance.
Consolidated operational, hygiene, infrastructure, and process-control risks into one prioritised action plan for management implementation.
Established a structured compliance roadmap to strengthen audit readiness, contamination control, hygiene discipline, and operational consistency.
