With two decades of managerial experience in Human Resources Management at State Bank of India, Roy spearheads the HR transformation engagements for our clients. Prior to Consoul, Roy has held senior roles in retail banking and consulted for NBFCs on their Learning and Development strategies. Roy completed his executive MBA from IIM-K and holds Doctorate in Management. He is a diploma holder in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and the current Secretary of Operational Research Society of India (ORSI), Kochi Chapter. At Consoul as Co-Founder, Roy is responsible for all finance functions and HR processes.

As the Co-Founder of Consoul Associates, Nisha brings over 18 years of rich industry experience to help businesses achieve operational excellence. She is dedicated to assisting clients in streamlining their operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving sustainable growth. Her journey in business consulting began with a strong foundation in computer engineering, followed by earning a gold medal in her MBA from IIM Kozhikode. This blend of technical expertise and business acumen allows her to provide holistic solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt certified consultant and manages all facets of Consoul's business: improve internal processes and develop sales and marketing strategies.

Binoy is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a Master's in Production & Operations Management from IIT Chennai

Vijay is a Quality Management Systems and compliance specialist with over 20 years of experience across diverse industrial sectors. He has led certification readiness, surveillance and internal audit programmes for QMS and ISMS certifications, along with process-improvement and compliance initiatives. His expertise spans management-system implementation, process audits, gap assessments, documentation, corrective-action management and continual improvement. A qualified Lead Auditor for ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, Vijay spearheads Consoul's QMS services, helping organisations strengthen process discipline, governance and operational effectiveness beyond the objective of certification alone.

Boby is a learning technology and knowledge management specialist with more than 20 years' experience across e-learning, gamification and learning content. He architected Consoul's Learning Management System, integrating learning workflows, technology, content delivery and user experience into a scalable platform. His experience includes implementing complex learning designs in the LMS platform. He brings strong capabilities in learning systems and technology-enabled capability building.
Rustum Usman
Rustum is an entrepreneur, product leader and AI strategy specialist with experience spanning technology, innovation and business advisory. His work focuses on identifying high-value applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and translating them into scalable products, services and business models. He has driven innovation combining AI opportunity assessment with product strategy, business-case validation and commercialisation. Rustum helps organisations move from experimentation to practical, value-generating AI applications. He holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

At Consoul, Bedwin leads the Construction & Infrastructure Consulting practice, bringing a practical commercial perspective to project planning, procurement, contracts, costing, site operations and project governance.
