Who is Consoul Associates

We're a consortium of highly skilled practitioners with versatile experience across a diverse range of organizations — from smaller, local SMEs to larger companies with national and international operations. Our practitioners have all managed an organization, or a business unit, before joining Consoul Associates. This gives us the background and depth to understand the challenges that face the industry and offer practical advisory services and bespoke scalable solutions for our clients.

Roy John

Founder

With two decades of managerial experience in Human Resources Management at State Bank of India, Roy spearheads the HR transformation engagements for our clients. Prior to Consoul, Roy has held senior roles in retail banking and consulted for NBFCs on their Learning and Development strategies. Roy completed his executive MBA from IIM-K and holds Doctorate in Management. He is a diploma holder in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and the current Secretary of Operational Research Society of India (ORSI), Kochi Chapter. At Consoul as Co-Founder, Roy is responsible for all finance functions and HR processes.

Nisha K R

Co-Founder

As the Co-Founder of Consoul Associates, she brings over 16 years of rich industry experience to help businesses achieve operational excellence. With a specialized focus on lean manufacturing concepts, she is dedicated to assisting clients in streamlining their operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving sustainable growth. Her journey in business consulting began with a strong foundation in computer engineering, followed by earning a gold medal in her MBA from IIM Kozhikode. This blend of technical expertise and business acumen allows her to provide holistic solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt certified consultant and manages all facets of Consoul's business: improve internal processes and develop sales and marketing strategies.

Krishna Kumar R

Krishnakumar is a seasoned manufacturing and operations specialist with over 22 years of experience in leading companies such as Coca-Cola and ITC. He brings deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain design, production optimization, quality systems (AIB, HACCP, ISO), and strategic cost management. Having successfully led numerous improvement and greenfield projects, he offers practical insights to help manufacturers enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive sustainable growth.

Rustum Usman

An entrepreneur, a seasoned product leader, and a business adviser. He has a decade of professional experience spanning from academics to industry. Defining product strategy, validating hypothesis on product vision, defining KPIs and business models are his areas of interest. As a business adviser, his mission is to help companies innovate at scale. Rustum acquired an MBA from IIM-Kozhikode, and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University.

Anoop Kumar

A result-oriented IT professional having a strong sense of ownership with 15+ years of experience. He is a versatile product owner and certified Agile Coach with extensive experience in CRM business transformations. By providing strategic leadership to distributed teams, he has successfully led ERP projects, making sure the implementation process goes smoothly from start to finish. He is an MBA graduate from IIM Kozhikode.

CA Nelson George

CA. Nelson George is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with extensive expertise in working capital optimization, financial restructuring, and cash flow management for businesses across diverse industries. He has advised firms on streamlining finance operations, improving liquidity, and enhancing overall business efficiency. His practical insights blend regulatory compliance with strategic financial planning, enabling clients to unlock tied-up capital and drive sustainable growth.

Binu Jacob

Has more than 20 years of experience in technology solutions and transformation programs in the digital space. Having worked in multiple verticals across geographies, he is a champion in defining and architecting solutions for domestic and international businesses. Deep understanding of the process and transformation goals of organizations, and has led various innovation programs by adopting the latest technology best practices to drive transformation and cost savings for customers.

Parag Patekar

A versatile construction management professional with the distinction of executing prestigious real estate projects of large magnitude - townships, hotels, malls, high rise buildings - within strict timelines, cost & quality. Integrating industry experience with technical and financial competencies, he has provided end-to-end Project Management Services, Design Services, and Cost Consultancy services for many real estate projects. Over the last 20 years, Parag has spearheaded all stages of a project lifecycle - project planning, designing, procurement, construction and operations - for leading Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Hospitality clients. He is a postgraduate in Advance Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) and earned his B.Arch. from the University of Mumbai.
